The NVP has a ballot procedure. A company that wishes to join the NVP submits an application to the board with a brief description of its activities and information about the management team. Two letters of recommendation from existing members complete the application.

The board then discusses the information about the prospective member and their team during the first upcoming board meeting. Once the board issues a positive recommendation, the members have one month to submit an objection to the membership. If no objections are raised, the company in question will be added as a member of the NVP. Our association has a binding code of conduct for its members.
