The Indofin Group is a globally operating investment group with offices in Geneva, Houston, Paris and Rotterdam. Founded in 1968, we are actively involved in the provision of private equity and the management of companies in Europe, the U.S., Canada, Australia and Asia, through minority and majority participations. The Group is still 100% owned by the De Bruin family.
From its early years until present time the Group has preserved its private and independent character, whereby the founders continue to play an active role in the management of the Group’s operations.
The Group is involved in equity investments sectors such as shipping and shipbuilding, energy services, technology and media, natural resources, real estate and others. Please see the Portfolio segment of this website for examples of our investments.
Together with its strategic partners the Group has made investments in excess of € 2,5 billion. The Group’s principal holding companies are Roosland Beheer B.V., Parkland N.V., Indofin USA Inc., Avobone Holding S.A., Venture Fund Rotterdam B.V. and Middelland Beheer B.V.
